Marcel Salazar

Managing Director

Marcel Salazar holds a degree in civil engineering and joined PWT as CEO in 2015. He has more than 25 years of experience in management positions at internationally operating German engineering service providers, component manufacturers, project development companies (PPP, BOT) and plant constructors with a focus on urban water infrastructure projects.

Mathias stief

COO

Mathias Stief holds a degree in environmental/process engineering and is PWT Chief Operating Officer (COO) and authorized signatory since August 2020. For more than 25 years, Mr. Stief has been working in various specific and management positions continuously related to the water sector. He has been gained experience in consulting enterprises, public entities as well as in turnkey contracting companies. Mathias Stief worked in more than 25 countries in Europe, Asia, and Africa.  His professional focus is set on waste water treatment, sludge treatment, biogas utilisation, organisational consulting and plant operation.

KAI ROHMANN

Head of Project Management

While studying architecture at the Technical University of Darmstadt, Mr. Rohmann started his career at PWT in 2000 and worked on various wastewater treatment plant projects.

After completing his studies as a project engineer, he was able to expand his knowledge in further drinking water and wastewater treatment projects and finally took responsibility as project manager to successfully lead a wide range of projects. Since April 2021, Mr. Rohmann is now responsible for project management at PWT.
