We do not sell or transfer your data to third parties without your consent, unless we are obliged to do so for legal reasons, e.g. in official or judicial proceedings.

When we use contract processors, such as cloud providers and other service providers, and transfer personal data to them, we carefully select them, agree with them on data protection in contract processing agreements, and instruct and monitor them in accordance with applicable regulations. An up-to-date list of the recipients of data and of the processors we use can be obtained by sending an e-mail to info@www.pwt.de.

5. Cookies

Our homepage uses cookies. These are text files which are stored on your computer.

We use cookies for marketing purposes in connection with Google Analytics analysis software (for more details, see below under point 6). Cookies provide us with important information about which pages and contents of our homepage were accessed via your Internet browser. For the use of these cookies, we request your consent in accordance with Art. 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, section a) of the General Data Protection Regulation  (GDPR) via the "cookie banner" when calling up the website. If you click on "I agree" on the banner, you consent to the use of cookies. By clicking on the cookie settings in your browser, you can manage the cookies used yourself or prevent their use altogether.

6. Analysis software

Google Analytics

On our website we use the "Google Analytics" tracking tool from Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheater Parkway Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. Google acts as a contract processor. For the use of Google Analytics, cookies are stored on your computer to measure interactions with our homepage. Your IP address, device and domain data (e.g. operating system, browser and browser add-ons, language of the browser) are recorded and your visitor behaviour on our homepage (e.g. referrer website, length of visit, frequency of visits, sub-pages called up and downloads) are evaluated. The data is transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. We use IP masking on this website. This shortens the IP address before transmission and thus excludes the possibility of identifying the device with which you call up our homepage. Only in exceptional cases is the IP address shortened after it has been transferred to the USA. Google evaluates the data collected and compiles reports on the activity on our homepage for statistical purposes. The collected data will not be passed on to third parties.

The legal basis for the use of Google Analytics is your consent pursuant to Art. 6, paragraph 1, sentence 1, section a) of the GDPR via the "cookie banner" when visiting our website.

You also have the option of downloading and installing the browser add-on Google Analytics Opt-out via the following link in order to prevent Google from collecting and processing your data: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout?hl=en.

7. Consent and revocation

If we have obtained your data protection consent for certain procedures, you have the right to revoke this consent at any time. The revocation can be sent in writing or by email to the address mentioned above under point 1 or by e-mail to info@www.pwt.de The legality of the data processing up to the revocation remains unaffected. After revocation, your personal data may be further processed, insofar as this is permissible on a legal basis other than consent, e.g. to fulfil a contract or a legal obligation of PWT.

8. Storage location and duration, automatic deletion

We store your personal data on servers in the territory of the Federal Republic of Germany.

Your personal data will only be stored by us until the purpose for which it was collected has been fulfilled. We only store the personal data collected when you visit our website for as long as is necessary to identify you as a user.

The personal data will then be deleted automatically unless further processing is necessary for other reasons and legally permissible.

9. Your rights

You have the right to free information, correction, deletion or restriction of the processing of your personal data as well as their transfer. You may also object to the processing of your personal data. If we use your personal data for newsletters and other marketing purposes, you can object to this use at any time. You can send us corresponding enquiries to the address mentioned above under point 1 or by e-mail to info@www.pwt.de .

The responsible supervisory authority for data protection complaints against our company is the Hessische Landesdatenschutzbeauftragte, Gustav-Stresemann-Ring 1 in 65189 Wiesbaden.
